Gymnastics and Tumbling

From muscle strength and balance to healthy bones and flexibility, gymnastics provides an exciting option for parents who know the value of a full-body workout. Every part of the body is used when doing gymnastics! Our recreational program is a progressive, non-competitive program for boys and girls 18 months and up.
Personal accomplishment is of prime importance in our classes and you will find your child’s confidence and self-esteem will soar. These classes act as a springboard to higher levels of gymnastics or as a training aid for other sports.
